    Harvey mason's 70's disc Funk in a Mason Jar...I gotta say that funk is there, but it's a bit schlocky...not close to the funk of Barry White, but still fonkay.

    Nice Benrand! Harvey is one of my biggest hero's ever since I bought George Benson's 'In Flight' album years ago. Got both 'funk in a mason jar' and 'groovin you' on vinyl. Another incredible piece of drumming he played was on 'Ragbag' with dave grusin off the mountain dance album.
